Yes. You cancel in the app. Food: as long as the restaurant has not confirmed the order. Beauty, car wash and dog walks: up to two hours before. Cleaning: no later than 24 hours before. Moving: as long as the request is open. Taxi: as long as the ride has not started. What applies to your particular booking is shown in the app.

On site, directly to the business: in the car, at the salon, at the restaurant or in the shop when you collect. For cleaning, moving, car wash and trades, the business invoices you. No payment is made in the app, and we handle no card details.
